“When lockdown arrived last year it impacted a lot of our customers so we had to pivot the business. We knew what we had to achieve and unfortunately it meant we had some tough decisions to make. That included restructuring our teams and some redundancies. At the time, I was doing HR as part of my role, so we didn’t have the in-house skills to deal with such a big change.
