ezhr weekly update 12th august 2022

It’s the EZHR Weekly round-up.

While there has been no news from the tribunals or changes to employment law there have been some interesting updates on salaries, recruitment, and the return to the office.
KPMG and the Recruitment & Employment Confederation have published a report detailing the current state of the recruitment market, with vacancies at their lowest level since March 2021.

This makes interesting reading alongside a report from Resources Solutions who commissioned a report which has raised two interesting points. One, that one-third of workers have not received a pay rise within the past year. Two, 42% of employees intend to return to the workplace to deal with the cost-of-living crisis

In this week's round-up I talk about what this means and what you need to consider

If you need any help with the topics discussed or any HR issues, please don’t hesitate to get in contact at info@ezhr.uk or https://www.ezhr.uk/about
